Good quality fresh food.

Husband and I stopped here for lunch and had the buffet. So so good! I honestly enjoyed everything on the buffet. The spice on a heat level is perfect for those new to Indian/Pakistani foods but not so mild that the experienced taste buds can enjoy the spiced flavor. They do offer scales of heat on their entrees from mild (1-4), medium (4-7), hot (7-10) and Go native (10-15). We ordered entrees to take home and will follow up later with that review. Definitely a must visit.

Outstanding. One of the best in the city without question. Had dinner buffet which is priced at $16 each, very fair for the excellent variety of options available, Gobi, Masala, Dal, Lamb, Kabbab, paneer, all of the classic entrees. All had great flavor were fresh and used quality base ingredients/ meats. Friendly clean and crisp atmosphere, wait staff were all helpful and friendly. Will be going back regularly

The buffet food quality and quantity has gone downhill significantly. This place used to be my favorite but not any more. Food is only so-so. The food in their buffet trays is usually cold and they are very reluctant to fill the empty ones and even when you ask them they fill the tray with little food barely enough for one person. They run the entire restaurant with only one server who is forgetful and unprofessionally wears sandles. Food is mediocre at the best. Would not recommend this restaurants.

After moving to Pittsburgh from Chicago (the land of good Pakistani food) I had a hard time finding anything my wife and I really liked until we stumbled on Kabob and Curry when we were driving by. This place is so good. There food reminds me of my moms cooking. The staff is very friendly, caring, and really enjoy making sure the costumer leaves the restaurant satisfied and full. Their BBQ/Tandoori is on point. I always get the mixed grill platter which is the best. Their briyani tastes like home. I want to try the buffet next time which looks so good. I highly recommend this place. After finding this place, I never go anywhere else. The staff and owners are so friendly. Honestly it feels like I am eating at my moms house. So comfortable. Highly recommend this spot.

Not happy at all with my meal. I read reviews here about the portion size and they said those issues were corrected. Well, guess this place went back to being a rip off. Container for the entree was smaller than a Chinese container, my spoon didn’t even sink half way before it hit the bottom. Rice container barely filled. For 14$? I’ve gotten way more food at different Indian restaurants.I could at least give it a star or 2 if they food was tasty. It was some of the worst vindaloo I’ve ever tasted and I’ve had it quite a few times. It’s my favorite Indian dish. The oil was separated from the curry which made it watery and a weird consistency. The taste was bland, barely any spice.The naan bread was black burnt on one side. Tasted burnt. Couldn’t even stomach it. Only thing tolerable was the mango lassi, and even that wasn’t that goodWon’t be returning

Better than mintt! Great food. Friendly staff. Healthy portions. Come enjoy great food!!! Their buffet is wonderfully maintained food is cooked to perfection and does suffer from the typical Indian buffets where food “watered down”. Can’t recommend their food enough. Try the lamb curry!!

Great Pakistani 🇵🇰 food.Finally a well maintained and clean Halal restaurant in Pittsburgh area.Food is really good and tasty. 😋 Management is nice and cooperative .Friendly servers.Buffet is good as well.

This was our first time at Kabab &Curry but, it will definitely not be our last. The lunch buffet is plentiful and extremely tasty. Each dish was marked with the ingredients and the level of spice. The buffet is listed until 3:00 after that there is a large menu to choose from. Kabab & Curry is fairly new and very clean. The wait staff is very friendly and accommodating. Kabab & Curry is a must if you love Indian food or just want to try something new. 👍

Absolutely wonder food and service was super. The owner came over to check on us to make sure all was good, nice touch!

It's a new restaurant and I've been here twice already. Its definitely an eatery catering to meat lovers. The goat meat preparations are outstanding in taste and texture. If you like spicy food ask for 10. I asked for level 8 and shrimp biryani wasn't spicy. I guess the restaurant is new so service wasn't great. There was one server in the restaurant and the place got with quite a few tables

The way of presenting food was good.

If you want to tip your server, you have to bring in cash. If you do it with a card. The owner gets the tip and the server nothing. Just thought I'd let yinz know. Their food is delicious. I don't know if its indian or what but whatever it is is great.

Very nice and clean facility. Food tastes superb with nice blend of spices to give fine flavor to food. Staff is very attentive and helpful especially Karnesh who is very friendly. Would highly recommend this place.

After passing Kabob and Curry daily during my commute, and checking out the great reviews, I couldn’t wait to try it. The Chicken Karahi was amazing with the perfect amount of heat, tender chicken, soft naan with a bit of crisp to sop up the sauce, and fresh, fresh, fresh! Can’t wait to taste another menu item!

Very nice restuarant. Open and spacious. The buffet was excellent. There were a wide range of dishes available and whether you are a meat eater or a vegetarian, there is something for everyone. Nice and spicy. The staff were also very friendly. Would highly recommend.

Great variety to dinner indian cuisine. Excellent kebabs, I highly recommend them. Spicey, so tread with caution on the mild side.

My husband and I love this place. The lunch buffet has a lot of variety and is nicely maintained. The food is delicious and the employees are very friendly and helpful! One night my friend who is truly allergic to MSG and I went to dinner. They were so careful to go through the menu with her, outlining what she could eat and what they recommended. The store next door is great, too.

Such a friendly and welcoming restaurant! My wife and I stopped by for the lunch buffet on 3/8/20. The service was fantastic and friendly and the halal buffet was fresh and delicious. Wide range of Pakistani cuisine to choose from.

We have been driving past this place for months saying we needed to try it, but were unsure about it, since it was so new. We tried it out and it did not disappoint!!!! Sorry for the bad pictures, but the food smelled so good when it arrived to our table, we couldn't wait to start digging in. We got the Lamb Currry and the Channa Kofta, both were DELICIOUS. There was a slow steady crowd there during our entire dining experience which was nice. The restaurant was bright and clean and the staff were really nice. Based on our observations, the owners of the restaurant aren't seasoned restaurant operators, they are just friendly and extremely talented cooks sharing their amazing gift with the world!!!! It was a GREAT experience and I highly recommend!!!!

Its really a good place to try Pakistani food in Pittsburgh. And taste is amazing. Its more than a year, we are continuesly visiting this place. Owner and staff is really nice. We have tried almost all items. Platter is a good choice with verity of BBQ items. Their Chicken seekh kabab, Chicken Tikka, Chilly Chicken is awesome. And on top of that they also serve free boiled rice with most of BBQ items, that I think is a plus point.

Very good food and service. Also a nice clean atmosphere. But you cant add tips to your credit card when paying, so bring cash!

Karnesh is the best waiter! He was Super Friendly and was on top of everything. Our water glasses were always full. Best of all is the Chicken Biryani! It is Fabulous! I’ve been here a handful of times and I order this each time. I’ll keep coming back. Kudos to the chef !

We, my wife and I had a great experience! We both had the afternoon lunch buffet, mainly to get a taste of their style of preparing food. Everything was delicious and we can't wait to come back for dinner.

The food here is delicious! Just the right balance of heat with the curry making it spicy, but not overly spicy. Garlic naan, goat vindaloo, and the lamb biryani were the dishes of the evening. Our server was also the hostess, so she was stretched thin between takeout orders and seating other guests. But, overall, I would highly recommend this place if you enjoy Indian cuisine.

I stopped by this restaurant on my way to a football game this Friday. I can tell you that I was not disappointed. The food was excellent!! Spiced just right on a sliding scale of heat. I got a 7!! 🔥🔥🔥 The atmosphere was pleasant, the decor authentic, the music was a pleasant surprise. Many restaurants have pop music playing. There was music from the country that added to the ambiance. and the service excellent, I give her an A+!! Please give this place a try, you will not be disappointed!!Carla

This was my first time to dine at an Indian restaurant. It was very very good. I grew up on Southern and Cajun food in MS & LA so this is completely different in flavor but every bit as flavorful and well spiced! I’m a new fan of the cuisine and this restaurant in particular. The atmosphere is clean and comfortable. Nice background music.

Biryani great flavour and taste... kebabs fantastic... buffet great varieties of meat but felt both rices are jeera rice... instead of so many curries one biryani will satisfy customer instead jeera rice... and makes worth for the price.. desserts excellent...Haleem is great... definetly a good choice for meat lovers...

Came in and had the lunch buffet. Very clean and relaxing atmosphere. Food was cooked perfectly and tasted exquisite. The most amazing thing was the Naan bread they bring out to start, it’s incredible!

I have been to this restaurant before. They provide quality service and food. Was going to get married, and I was looking for the catering services. Talked with them, and there were some items which was not on their menu. Usman was very much cooperative and assured that he will provide us with those as well. For 2 days wedding events, Usman and his team was very much astute and detail oriented. All of our guests absolutely loved their food and asked of their place, which we were happy to give them with their information. Will keep coming back to this place.

We got thethe Tila over Biryani rice, Lamb Gobi Gosht, garlic naan and sesame seed naan, and Gulab jamun. Everything was superb and I swear, the naan is the best I have ever had. You can tell everything is made fresh and with care.

Today was my second visit to this restaurant in about one week. Every thing here is 10/10. I tried lamb chops and it was too goos. I never had lamb chops so tasty before. Upon asking the secret behind the taste, I was told all BBQ items are cooked in a special oven which guarantees the consistancy. Just come and dine here and you will never be disappointed.

Great place to eat! The food was very tasty and it's a good price. We had the buffet and were very pleased with it. Also, the service and the staff were very friendly. I would definitely recommend this place. They have a lot of vegetarian options.

First time, 9/13/19, fantastic food! Cleanly, thoughtfully and wonderfully prepared. The service has room for improvement but I think it will come in time.However the food made up for any shortcoming. We had the mixed grill, fantastic presentation, tremendous sampling of meat flavors and aromatic spicesDefinitely going to be a regular meal stop, cant wait to have more friends and family try it.
